I have the right of declining commission if I think I won't do good with the design.

Give me some clear and detailed visual references, character sheet is preferred. If you have several artist that working on your character, please let me know which artist that resembled the style you expect the most.

I will not accept revision after I finished the commission and deliver it, unless you have paid for the additional fee.

I would rather have no deadlines but I usually need days to 3 months for one drawing. If you want certain date to be done, feel free to ask me first, make sure it's not less than a week.

Once commission is done, you will get high resolution file. Public upload will be downsized.

Commission progress and queue will be updated on Trello.

You can ask me for a WIP but do not spam.

Before you decide to commission me, I highly advise you to browse through my gallery and past commission result first to see if my art style is to your liking.
Regular Commission Terms

The price listed is not include for commercial use.

I only provide revision twice and only for minor things (ex: expression, color adjustment, pattern, size of accessories, etc). Additional revision and major change will be charge. To prevent this, please make sure you tell me anything I need to know about your order especially when I'm still on sketching phase.

As the artist, I have the right to:

publish commission works for samples or portfolio to websites I use

stream the working progress on Twitch

As a commissioner, you may to:

re-post the art on other sites with proper credit to my social media. Please use the credit version of the art piece

use it as decoration for your social media profile picture or banner as long as it's a personal account and not making any profit with it
-
print the art for personal or gift with limited quantity up to two person
-

You are not allowed to:
-
use any part of commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFT). Use of any artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited

claim, edit, reproduce my artworks and/or use it for commercial used (monetized videos, merchandise, prints, etc.)
-
perform secondary modification such as retouching/editing on completed work without my permission

Payment
-
Payment via Paypal (USD) and local bank (IDR) only.

You have to pay me for the half of payment or full after the sketch is approved then pay the other half after I give you second progress (base color). I won't continue the progress until I received the payment.

Final fees will be inform after the sketch is approved.

No refunds unless I could not finish your commission for any reason within six months.

Private commission may cost extra charge.

Commercial use: Please let me know the purpose of the commercial you need. I will adjust the fee depends on how big the scale of the business is.
Workflow

Fill out and send the order form below.

Once approved a slot, I will begin rough sketch with 1-3 designs/compositions.

A preview of the rough sketch will be sent to the client. Invoice will be sent to the Paypal email provided for DP/full payment after the sketch is approved.

Do full payment (if haven't) after the second progress (base color) is approved. There won't be further progress until payment is received.

The final full resolution will be sent via email or Google Drive link.
